Sapa Local Guide is a group of experienced trekking guides from the Black Hmong tribe, born and raised in the peaceful villages of the Muong Hoa Valley, near the town of Sapa, Vietnam. We grew up among lotus valleys, terraced rice fields, bamboo forests and the majestic mountains that have shaped our lives for generations. Because this is our homeland, we understand the land, the trails, the weather and the rhythm of mountain life in a way that only locals can.
With deep knowledge of the terrain, local culture and real, practical experience, our mission is to share the breathtaking scenery, rich traditions and simple, self-sufficient lifestyle of our ancestors with visitors from around the world. Through trekking to remote villages in Sapa, we invite you to step back in time and rediscover the traditional culture that has slowly faded in today’s modern world. Along the way, you will learn how our ancestors lived in harmony with nature, preserving the cultural landscape, practicing terraced farming, producing clean food, and sustaining life without machines or chemical preservatives.
